These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the EmberCrux platform operated by Rixeum OU (registration number 17340177, registered address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Türi tn 10c, 11313, Estonia). By using our website or purchasing any digital items, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. You are fully responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration and checkout.
2. Nature of Digital Goods
All items available through EmberCrux are digital CS2 skins delivered exclusively through Steam trade.
No physical goods are shipped.
Once an item is successfully transferred to the buyer’s Steam account, the transaction is considered final and irreversible.
3. Payments
Payments can be made using the methods provided by our approved third-party payment partners.
All orders must be paid in full before any delivery takes place.
Unauthorized chargebacks, disputes, or attempts to reverse payments without legitimate basis are strictly prohibited and may lead to account restrictions.
4. Delivery of Items
Digital items are sent directly to the Steam account indicated by the buyer.
You are responsible for:
- submitting a valid Steam Trade URL,
- ensuring your Steam account is eligible to receive trade offers (no bans, mobile authenticator active, etc.).
EmberCrux and Rixeum OU are not responsible for delays caused by Steam restrictions or incorrect details provided by the user.
5. Refunds and Returns
Because our products are digital goods, we cannot provide refunds once an item has been delivered to your account.
A refund may be reviewed only in situations where delivery did not occur due to a platform-related error.

6. Acceptable Use
When using EmberCrux, you agree not to engage in:
- fraudulent behavior,
- misuse of the platform,
- actions that may harm the website, services, or other users.
Violations may result in account suspension, cancellation of orders, or legal action.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, branding, text, graphics, and digital materials belong to Rixeum OU.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any content without prior written permission from the company.
8. Updates to Terms
Rixeum OU reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Your continued use of EmberCrux after changes are published signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Rixeum OU is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including issues related to Steam platform restrictions, delays, or failures outside our control.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia.
Any disputes shall be resolved within the competent courts of Estonia, using the company’s registered address as the legal point of reference.
